How do I place my order?

You can place your order via the website by clicking on any of the order now buttons which are located throughout our website. This method will take you directly to our contact us page whereby you can place your order directly from there. You can also place your order by emailing us at sales@ebeezy.com or by calling us on: 01246 567109 ( GMT Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm ).

What payment methods do you accept?

By default and because we are an ebay design company, our primary method of payment is PayPal. Alternately, we accept personal / business cheques, bankers drafts and direct bank transfers. We do not however accept Western Union, Cash or any forms of Escrow service.

How long does the design process take?

Depending on which product / service you would like to order, we normally complete a design in the following time frame; ebay store design within 5 - 7 working days, ebay template design within 3 - 5 working days and ecommerce design within 10 - 14 working days. This includes all drafts, revisions and live ebay environment testing (ebay services only). On completion, your ebeezy project manager will contact you to arrange an ebeezy developer to configure your design into your ebay account. This process takes no more than a few minutes (ebay services only).

How easy is it to create a template?

Creating a ebay template is very easy. You can expect to have your first ebay listing up, running and live on ebay within 5 minutes. You don't need any experience or html knowledge to use the ebay software as it does everything for you. All you have to do is enter your product information, complete the pre-formatted fields, upload your pictures then click on the generate button. We include an indepth online user guide to get you started within your control.

How do I manually edit a template once created?

Once you have generated your ebay template, you download it to your local machine and can then edit inside your favourite editor. Your item information, pre-formatted fields and pictures will be already inserted into the listing as a guide for you to follow. At this point you can edit the html to your hearts desire. Remember, if you make a mistake, just log back into your control panel and start again.

Why do you provide hosting?

There are a few reasons why we provide you hosting. First of all you need hosting to enable your customers to view your design. We also have to protect your custom files and pictures from theft and unwanted reproduction. Our ebay template and ecommerce software is also based online so it allows you to access your control panel from anywhere in the world.

How much does the hosting cost?

Depending on which product / service you would like to order, we charge the following; ebay store hosting (includes ebay template and ebay template software) is £4.99 per month, ebay template hosting (includes ebay template software) is £2.99 per month, ecommerce hosting (includes ecommerce software) is £9.99 per month and all are billed on a 12 month cycle. We will send you a billing notification to your account prior to the 12 months expiry renewal date that is issued in your welcome pack when you first order. You can then manage and view all past and present hosting payments from within your online account.

What if I require help in 6 months time?

It does not matter when you require our help as we will be on hand from the minute you place your order. You can reach our ebeezy help and support department by sending us an email from our contact us page. We will then review your question and get back to you as soon as possible.
